Ordering is simple! Browse on the "Product Gallery" page on the website or request a full brochure. . Select your item, and if custom, provide your specifications via our Contact page or by calling 082 34 66992 . We’ll confirm your order with a timeline (typically 1-2 weeks) and send a pro forma invoice. Orders are manufactured at our Kyalami workshop and can be delivered to your doorstep at a nominal fee, or you can pick up from the factory .
We stand by our 100% quality guarantee on workmanship . If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ros@furniturefactory.co.za or 082 34 66992. Returns are accepted for defective items, subject to inspection. Custom orders are non-returnable but can be modified within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is ours.
